The last time we went at Robinson's Magnolia, we just went inside the mall and when we were already leaving the area, we saw Magnolia Flavor House. So we just promised ourselves to just come back soon. Weeks after, when we were about to go, I first searched for the menu of the place. Their desserts are all deliciously looking and very tempting. We were very excited. The plan was to go after we had our dinner. Since there was nothing special for the day, we think it would be costly if we would have both dinner and dessert at the mall.
When we arrived, the place wasn't crowded. We actually thought that it was like a milk tea shop or coffee shop in which there was a counter where you will have your order; turns out that it was a restaurant. Not only they offer desserts, they also have burgers, pasta, etc.
We ordered just one dessert - Chunky Monkey, P240. The serving was enough for us. Hindi bitin. It was actually delicious. The brownies, chocolate tidbits make you want to eat it all in a snap! However, in our humble opinion, the dessert itself isn't worth the price, at least, for us. Our tagline is tipid sulit food trips, kumbaga sa 240 na yun, we could already buy a lot than a small plate of ice cream. But yeah, including the experience, the nice staff, the accommodating manager and the lakas na makasosyal na ambience, it's totally worth it, in fact even more affordable than other known restos' desserts.
