Taken during our first morning walk in 2013. We really hope to be able to maintain this kind of morning routine in our lifestyle. So far, so good. Doing this for two weeks already. And if you notice, we still call it morning walk. We're doing it one step at a time. Hopefully, we can already call it jogging. And that we can really do pure jog without hurting our fat and lazy bodies so much.

Crispy Fries at Home
Here's our simple tips on how to fry your fries. Okay, we know that anyone can fry. But have you experienced cooking your fries and turns out that you almost turned it into mashed potato? haha. We did experience that as well. But, by this time, we made sure to do it the right.
Things you'll need:
- Stove (obviously)
- Cooking oil
- French fries (uncooked)
- Cheese Powder and Ketchup (optional)
- PATIENCE
Procedure:
- Raise the heat in the stove. For electric stove, set it in high.
- Pour the cooking oil enough to deep fry the fries.
- When the cooking oil is hot already, put the fries.
- Wait for 14-16 minutes.
- For added flavor, put cheese powder and served with ketchup.

Subway
We always love having heavy breakfast together which primarily consists of garlic/ fried rice paired with anything deep fried that is perfect for breakfast. One time, Vann decided to have another kind of breakfast. Something that is not a lot but filling. Something's different but something he's not gonna regret. Having known him for years, he's only referring to a burger or sandwich. And that was the perfect time I'm gonna introduce him SUBS! It doesn't fall on our tipid sulit food trips since it's kind of pricey for a sandwich, but we can definitely say it's sulit.
Subway Club
Subway Club™ is another delectable sandwich. A taste-tempting combination of our famous lean and tender, sliced chicken, sliced roast beef; and savory, sliced ham with your choice of vegetables and condiments and served on freshly baked bread. - subway.com.ph
We went at Subway Blue Wave. The staff said it's their best seller so we had this. The price is P160. It's a 6 inch sub. Since it was only Vann who likes burgers or this kind of sandwiches, we went to Jollibee for my breakfast and together we ate our respective food.
Someone's enjoying his food. By the way, we came from Quirino grandstand because we had our morning walk. And we were glad because we were able to walk for two rounds and jogged for another two rounds. As for Vann, he says the sub was good and filling. The bread is soft, the meat inside is also tasty, not dry yet not oily, the vegetables are fresh, and the honey mustard just complement well with the sandwich. But he says it's somewhat pricey but worth it because he could really the taste the richness of the bacon and the ham inside. Although, he noticed that the veggies are cold, but maybe that it's really served that way?
Chunky Monkey
The last time we went at Robinson's Magnolia, we just went inside the mall and when we were already leaving the area, we saw Magnolia Flavor House. So we just promised ourselves to just come back soon. Weeks after, when we were about to go, I first searched for the menu of the place. Their desserts are all deliciously looking and very tempting. We were very excited. The plan was to go after we had our dinner. Since there was nothing special for the day, we think it would be costly if we would have both dinner and dessert at the mall.
When we arrived, the place wasn't crowded. We actually thought that it was like a milk tea shop or coffee shop in which there was a counter where you will have your order; turns out that it was a restaurant. Not only they offer desserts, they also have burgers, pasta, etc.
We ordered just one dessert - Chunky Monkey, P240. The serving was enough for us. Hindi bitin. It was actually delicious. The brownies, chocolate tidbits make you want to eat it all in a snap! However, in our humble opinion, the dessert itself isn't worth the price, at least, for us. Our tagline is tipid sulit food trips, kumbaga sa 240 na yun, we could already buy a lot than a small plate of ice cream. But yeah, including the experience, the nice staff, the accommodating manager and the lakas na makasosyal na ambience, it's totally worth it, in fact even more affordable than other known restos' desserts.
